The customer agrees to pay a commission to the company for each purchase transaction, amounting to [insert percentage]% of the purchase price. The commission and the purchase price shall be paid in one installment according to the total price specified in the completion screen of the purchase process. The customer commits to paying the price in the currency specified in the advertisement and undertakes to arrange the currency from their own resources. Regarding the commission, it shall be paid in the equivalent of the foreign currency in Egyptian pounds according to the exchange rate announced by the Central Bank of Egypt on the date of payment. As for other government expenses, whether customs, taxes, shipping fees, or shipping insurance, they shall be paid in the currency specified by the authority responsible for collection, in accordance with the provisions of the laws applicable within the Arab Republic of Egypt at the time of payment or receipt. The importer bears the costs of shipping and customs until the car arrives at the delivery location. The customer agrees to settle any financial claims related to differences in the total amount paid by the customer up to the delivery date, provided that these financial claims are based on invoices and official documents indicating that the importer incurred them while fulfilling his obligations to complete the import process. The customer agrees to grant power of attorney to the company to represent him in transferring the ownership of the car to the customer, according to the model prepared by the company for this purpose.
