Arabiyat Egypt, the local distributor of South Korean automaker KGM in Egypt, has announced a new price list for the 2026 KGM Torres sport utility vehicle, introducing increases ranging from EGP 25,000 to EGP 44,000. Prices now start at EGP 1.61 million for the entry-level Comfort trim and reach EGP 2.024 million for the top-end Luxury and Black Edition versions.
The new prices took effect on October 20, 2026, covering the five trims offered in the Egyptian market. The Comfort trim increased from EGP 1.585 million to EGP 1.61 million, while the Advance version rose from EGP 1.72 million to EGP 1.745 million. The Premium trim also increased, moving from EGP 1.85 million to EGP 1.875 million.
The Luxury trim recorded the largest increase, rising by EGP 44,000 to EGP 2.024 million from its previous price of EGP 1.98 million. The Black Edition increased by EGP 25,000, from EGP 1.999 million to EGP 2.024 million, bringing the prices of the two top-spec versions to the same level.
The price gap between the entry-level Comfort trim and the two highest-priced versions has consequently reached EGP 414,000, reflecting differences in equipment and features, despite the vehicle's use of a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine across its core powertrain lineup.
The KGM Torres belongs to the midsize sport utility vehicle segment. Manufactured in South Korea, it is offered in Egypt in five trim levels, with variations in equipment, safety features and exterior styling between versions.
