The SUMMER project in Sidi Heneish is one of the latest projects launched by Al Ahly Sabbour in 2024, located at kilometer 246 on the Alexandria-Matrouh road.
The first phase of the project spans 27 acres and is set to include 90 buildings with a total of 130 residential units designed to meet the highest standards of luxury and comfort.
Current execution works focus on excavation, leveling, and preparation for the implementation of the core construction tasks. The project aims to create a comprehensive residential community that provides residents with all factors of comfort and luxury while achieving the highest completion rates within the approved timeline.
The KEEVA project holds a prominent position among Al Ahly Sabbour's developments in Sixth of October, reflecting the concept of integrated modern living that combines comfort and practicality.
The second phase of the project, included in the new contract, will involve complete construction work for 68 buildings of various models, totaling 213 residential units.
The construction work includes excavation, foundations, concrete, semi-finishing, and external facade finishing, with ongoing work in the first phase to enhance execution speed and ensure timely delivery of the units. The project aims to offer a modern residential community that meets the aspirations of those seeking an advanced living environment, combining modern design, green spaces, and integrated services.
The GAIA project in Ras El Hikma has achieved notable success in its previous phases, having completed the delivery and operation of the first phase in its entirety, totaling 922 residential units, along with the delivery and operation of part of the second phase with a total of 107 units.
The new contract targets the full implementation of the third phase over an area of approximately 53 acres, which will include 101 buildings and 750 residential units, thereby enhancing the project timeline and catering to the growing demand for Ras El Hikma as one of the prime tourist destinations on the North Coast.
Progress in the second part of the second phase is on schedule, with a focus on delivering the units by summer 2026, instilling confidence in clients regarding the credibility and execution timelines from Al Ahly Sabbour and its partners.
