
Cairo witnessed the seventh edition of the "Car of the Year Egypt" gala, held on June 23, 2025, at the InterContinental City Stars Hotel.
This year's event underscored its status as an official and accredited national forum within the Egyptian automotive industry. It saw a broad presence of car dealerships and distributors, numerous governmental and private entities, and was supervised by both the Egyptian Automobile Manufacturers Association and the Automotive Marketing Information Council (AMIC).
The gala was organized by Spark Consulting with the support of several strategic partners and sponsors from leading automotive companies in Egypt, including General Motors (Chevrolet), GB Auto (Cherry), MCV, Nissan Egypt, Proton Egypt, El Masria Auto, and Qadi Auto.
Additional support came from AMIC, Mansour Auto, the Car Dealers Association, and the Automobile and Touring Club of Egypt. A distinguished group of media outlets and specialized journalists participated as media partners.

Among the surprises of this year's event was the launch of the first specialized magazine in Egypt and the Middle East dedicated to sustainable mobility solutions, named "Green Mobility." This magazine will serve as a specialized media voice for everything related to electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and green mobility solutions.
It was announced that Green Mobility magazine has been accredited as the official platform for the second edition of the EVs exhibition in Egypt, scheduled to take place from December 18 to 20, 2025, in cooperation between Brandit (the organizer of the Electric Vehicle Summit) and Spark Consulting (the magazine's owner).
At the conclusion of the gala, Spark Consulting revealed preparations for the launch of a new event called "EV of the Year Egypt," with its first edition scheduled for the last quarter of 2025. This event aims to honor the most prominent electric and hybrid vehicles in the local market.
The "Car of the Year Egypt 2025" gala successfully solidified its position as the premier annual event in the Egyptian automotive sector.
