The new city also includes 8 car maintenance workshops, 10 restaurants and cafeterias, 14 traffic offices, 5 public prosecution offices, 9 real estate registry offices, 7 administrative offices, and a comprehensive set of high-level services.

The city can accommodate 4,000 cars, in addition to numerous parking lots. It also contains commercial buildings, administrative headquarters, banks, and real estate registry offices, which help provide many means for users. For example, it allows for easy completion of buying and selling operations through the banking area, to complete withdrawal and deposit operations for a more secure system, with the presence of an integrated system of surveillance cameras and electronic gates.

Car City also provides maintenance centers for periodic and emergency inspections, in addition to places to purchase car spare parts and shops that include many requirements of the car market.

Working Hours in the City
Friday and Sunday have been designated for buying and selling used cars, with Friday being the busiest day of the week, slightly more than Sunday.
